Mammel Hall is the new home for the College of Business Administration. The features and technologies in Mammel Hall will make for a better environment for students, faculty and staff.
Mammel Hall's exterior is so impressive and inviting. The structure itself is a combination of brick, metal and glass and is unlike any building in Omaha. The landscaping features an amazing "rain garden" design that will enhance the environment by reducing the amount of storm runoff and incorporating native drought-tolerant plants and flowers. Many outdoor areas are also available for students to study and relax.

Mammel Hall is UNO's first LEED certified building on campus. The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) is the U.S. Green Building Council's benchmark for sustainable design. LEED promotes a whole-building approach to sustainability by recognizing performance in five key areas: sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection and indoor environmental quality.
