CBA Undergraduate Scholarships

In 2010-2011, UNO’s CBA gave $345,621.00 in 74 scholarships to 207 CBA students!! This incredible accomplishment was made possible by the gifts from many generous donors who contributed funds specifically to help CBA students pay for their education. UNO’s CBA faculty, staff, administrators and students are very grateful for the support provided to so many CBA students.

To be considered for CBA college-wide scholarships, students fill out and turn in only a single scholarship application. CBA’s Scholarship Committee, chaired by CBA’s Associate Dean, reviews all applications and matches the most qualified applicants with the most appropriate scholarship(s). Departmental scholarships may have separate applications, see links. Applicants must have at least a 3.0 to be eligible for CBA scholarships.

Scholarships based on financial need require students to submit a Free Application for Federal Student Aide (FAFSA), available here FAFSA. CBA’s Scholarship Committee recommends that every student complete and submit the FAFSA application.

Deadline:
Your application and all supporting materials for CBA college-wide scholarships must be received in CBA’s deans office (UNO’s Mammel Hall, room 300) no later than 3:00 p.m. on February 1.
