Message from the President: The Economics Department Advisory Board, according to its mission, actively supports the UNO Economics Department in its efforts to stimulate student interest in economics and to prepare and place students and graduates in the workforce. An annual project of the Steering Committee is to host a fall party for all students interested in economics as a career. Community economists talk to students about their jobs and career paths, and job opportunities.
