CBA in Costa Rica

Study globalization, sustainability and eco-tourism in a tropical paradise!

Developing a global perspective is an important addition to your academic program. Study abroad provides you with an opportunity to gain in-country international experience that will enhance your academic, cultural and professional development. The skills, experiences and perspectives you develop may provide an advantage in an increasingly competitive job market.

The CBA in Costa Rica study abroad course will focus on the challenge of balancing economic development in an emerging market with environmental sustainability. We will use pre-travel seminars, site visits, company tours, and a service learning component to explore globalization, eco-tourism and sustainability topics. You’ll also have time to enjoy the local culture and natural environment.
