Dean Hille Retires - Pol Becomes Dean

In the Spring 2003, Dean Hille announced he was stepping down as dean to join the faculty teaching business strategy. Louis Pol was named Interim Dean effective August 2003, and after a national search of dean candidates was named Dean March 2004. Amy Rodie was appointed associate dean. The students, faculty and staff continued to excel and the college enjoyed success in its programs (e.g. investment science and collaboration science) and in gaining scholarship support.
