Beta Gamma Sigma at UNO’s CBA
UNO is the Gamma Chapter of Nebraska of BGS, and was established in 1965. UNO business majors and graduate students are invited to join, or ‘tapped’ each Spring. Eligibility is determined by class standing, based on GPA.
- Juniors invited to join are in the top 10 percent of their junior class.
- Seniors invited to join are in the top 10 percent of their senior class.
- Graduate students invited to join are in the top 20 percent of their Master’s class.
A student is awarded a certificate to frame and ?GS honor cords when they are inducted during the CBA Honors and Awards program. The honor cords are worn with their cap and gown during their UNO Commencement ceremony, and are theirs to keep.
