Problem Priority Definition
1 - Affects entire CBA - many users unable to work at all. Example - network server down.
2 - Affects several users in CBA - several users unable to work at all. Example - an entire computer lab is down.
3 - Affects one person - unable to work at all. Example - system will not boot.
4 - Affects one person - can still work but unable to perform particular function or run a specific application. Example - a user is unable to run SAS
