Mammel Hall earns another award
Mammel Hall added another award to its list recently when it was awarded Large Project of the Year (Over $15 Million) by the Nebraska Chapter of The Associated General Contractors (AGC). AGC gave awards in 5 categories overall, including New Building Projects Under $5 Million and New Building Projects Between $5 Million and $15 Million. The awards are judged on nine criteria which mirrors the AGC of America’s AON Build America Awards.
The Associated General Contractors – Nebraska Building Chapter Build Nebraska Awards are given in recognition of excellence in the construction industry. These prestigious awards are given to projects selected by a panel of a contractor’s toughest critics — architects, professors and contractors from other regions.
Judges look for projects that have excelled in the following areas:
- State-of-the-art advancement
- Excellence in project management
- Innovation in construction or use of materials
- Contribution to the community
- Superiority in client service
- Rising to the challenge of a difficult job
- Sensitive treatment of the environment and surroundings
