    Class Standing: Open

    This scholarship fund shall be used for one [or more] scholarships annually or otherwise to full-time undergraduate students in the College of Business Administration, University of Nebraska at Omaha. Candidates shall be enrolled in the College of Business Administration, University of Nebraska at Omaha.Financial need shall be a criterion in making this award. FAFSA application is required.


    RON AND SHIRLEY BURNS LEADERSHIP FUND

    Class Standing: Open

    This scholarship fund shall be used for one [or more] scholarships annually or otherwise to full-time undergraduate students in the College of Business Administration, University of Nebraska at Omaha. Financial need shall not be a criterion in making this award. All scholarships awarded shall be for one academic year, but may be renewed upon application and satisfactory performance by the recipient. The recipient of this scholarship shall be determined by the Scholarship Committee, College of Business Administration, University of Nebraska at Omaha.


    DEAN'S SCHOLARSHIP FUND

    Class Standing: Open

    This scholarship fund shall be used for one [or more] scholarships annually or otherwise to full-time undergraduate students in the College of Business Administration, University of Nebraska at Omaha. Candidates must be enrolled in the College of Business Administration and shall have a cumulative Grade Point Average of 3.0 or above. All scholarships awarded shall be for one academic year, but may be renewed upon application and satisfactory performance by the recipient. The recipient of this scholarship shall be determined by the Scholarship Committee of the College of Business Administration, University of Nebraska at Omaha.


    COLLEGE OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION MAMMEL STUDENT & FACULTY EXCELLENCE FUND

    Class Standing: Open

    This scholarship fund shall be used for a number of scholarships to be determined and awarded annually or otherwise to full-time undergraduate students in the College of Business Administration, University of Nebraska at Omaha or students intending to enroll (as freshmen), in the College of Business Administration, University of Nebraska at Omaha. Candidates shall be graduates of any of the a Nebraska or Iowa High School within the Omaha Trade Area. Recipients shall be selected based on ACT results, high school academic ranking, leadership potential, evidence of involvement in activities, financial need and teacher recommendations. Scholarships shall be awarded for one (1) academic year, but may be renewed up to a maximum of three (3) additional academic years, provided that the recipient maintains the appropriate Grade Point Averages and activities specified in the requirements of the scholarship. The recipients of scholarships shall be nominated by a Committee organized by the Dean and Associate Dean of the College of Business Administration, of the University of Nebraska at Omaha based upon student applications and teacher/adult recommendations.


    LUCILLE M. GANNON SCHOLARSHIP

    Class Standing: Open (pre-law)

    This scholarship fund shall be used for one or [more] scholarships annually or otherwise to full-time undergraduate students in the College of Business Administration, University of Nebraska at Omaha. Candidates must be student(s) declared as pre-law major enrolled in the College of Business Administration. The student(s) to receive this schol-arship shall be recommended by the faculty of the Law and Society Department, and must carry at least twelve hours per semester with a minimum 2.5 GPA.


    LAURA GOGAN MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP FUND

    Class Standing: Incoming Freshman

    This scholarship fund shall be used for one or [more] scholarships annually or otherwise to full-time undergraduate students in the College of Business Administration, University of Nebraska at Omaha.. Recipients shall have incoming freshman class standing and have a cumulative high school Grade Point Average of 2.8 or above. Recipients shall be graduates of Nebraska High Schools. Financial need shall be a criterion in making this award. All scholarships awarded shall be for one academic year. The recipient of this scholarship shall be determined by the Dean, College of Business Administration, University of Nebraska-Omaha. FAFSA application is required.


    HOENSHELL LEADERSHIP SCHOLARSHIP
    $2000
    Class Standing: Junior/Senior

    This scholarship fund shall be used for two or [more] scholarships annually or otherwise to full-time undergraduate students in the College of Business Administration, University of Nebraska at Omaha. Candidates shall be junior or senior class standing and have demonstrated leadership abilities in the classroom and in extracurricular activities at the University.Candidates shall be nominated by the faculty of the College of Business Administration and submitted to a Committee appointed by the Dean, College of Business Administration, University of Nebraska at Omaha, in consultation with the Donor. Recipients shall be recognized and honored at the College of Business Administration Distinguished Alumni Luncheon each year.


    FRANK L. MANSELL SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
    $1000
    Class Standing: Open

    This program funding shall be used annually or otherwise for one or more scholarships to full-time undergraduate students in the College of Business Administration, University of Nebraska at Omaha. Preference shall be given to candidates majoring in Finance in the College of Business Administration, University of Nebraska at Omaha. Candidates shall have a cumulative Grade Point Average of 3.0 or above. All scholarships awarded shall be for one academic year, but may be renewed upon application and satisfactory performance by the recipient. The recipient of this scholarship shall be determined by the Scholarship Committee of the College of Business Administration, University of Nebraska at Omaha.


    MERRILL LYNCH SCHOLARSHIP FUND
    Varies ($500 minimum)
    Class Standing: Junior/Senior (Finance/Banking)

    This Fund shall be used annually or otherwise for one or more scholarships or fellowships to full-time undergraduate or graduate students in the College of Business Administration, University of Nebraska at Omaha. Candidates must be full time students majoring in the Department of Finance and Banking, College of Business Administration, University of Nebraska at Omaha.Candidates shall have undergraduate or graduate class standing. Financial need shall be a primary criterion in awarding this scholarship or fellowship. Recipients must also have good academic standing. All scholarships or fellowships awarded hereunder shall be for one academic year, but may be renewed upon application and satisfactory performance by the recipient.Recommendations for recipients of awards from this Fund shall be made by a Committee consisting of the Associate Dean, the Chair of the Department of Finance and Banking and the Internship Coordinator for the Department of Finance and Banking, College of Business Administration, University of Nebraska at Omaha; and three representatives from the Omaha office of Merrill Lynch. Recommendations shall be submitted to the Office of Financial Aid, University of Nebraska at 0maha for final determination. This fund shall be administered without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin or disability. FAFSA application is required.


    NATAN AND HANNAH SCHWALB SCHOLARSHIP FUND
    $1000
    Class Standing: Open

    This Fund shall be used annually or otherwise for one or more scholarships to full-time undergraduate students in the College of Business at theUniversity of Nebraska at Omaha. Each of the three (3) scholarships awarded to recipients in the College of Business Administration shall be in a minimum amount of One Thousand and no/ 100 dollars ($1,000,00) per academic year. There shall be one (1) awarded to students with incoming freshmen class standing and two (2) to students with sophomore class standing or above. Incoming freshman Business scholarship ($1,000), upperclassman Business scholarship ($1,000) and upperclassman Business scholarship ($1,000). Candidates shall have demonstrated financial need and shallhave participated in extra-curricular activities. Preferences shall be given incoming freshmen who finished in the top ten percent (10%) of their high school graduating class and/or upperclassmen with a cumulative collegiate GPA of 3.2 or above. The recipients of these scholarships shall be nominated by a Committee consisting of the Dean, College of Business Administration at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, and the Donors' while living. FAFSA application is required.


    CBA GENERAL TALENT SCHOLARSHIPS
    $500 each
    Class Standing: Open

    General requirements: The Talent Scholarship is limited to entering freshmen with no previous college work other that credit earned in the Early entry program.Students must be unconditionally admitted to the university. Eligible students are those enrolled for a minimum of 6 credit hours.Recipients must agree not to accept a total merit-based scholarship package exceeding the cost of their tuition and fees. Students are eligible to retain their scholarship for a second year.

    CBA requirements: Students must have a minimum high school grade point average of 2.0. They must have a strong commitment to specializing in accounting, economics, finance & banking, management, information systems or marketing.
